Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At ​EnjoyLuxury​, we uphold a strict final sale policy. Due to the exclusive nature of our 1:1 mirror quality sourcing and fulfillment process, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under the highly specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may request a full order cancellation and refund strictly within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
  • To initiate a cancellation, you must email our support team at support@enjoyluxury.com with your official order number.
  • Once the 24-hour grace period has expired, your order is locked into our processing and sourcing phase and can absolutely no longer be canceled or refunded.

2. Incorrect Fulfillment (Wrong Size Sent)

In the rare event that our fulfillment team makes an error and ships a shoe size different from what is stated on your order confirmation, we will rectify the situation immediately:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number.

  • Photographic Proof Required: You must provide clear, unedited photos displaying:

    1. The size printed on the shoebox label.
    2. The size tag stitched inside the shoe itself.
    3. The entire shoe, proving it is in unworn, pristine condition.
  • Upon verification of our error, EnjoyLuxury will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

  • The footwear must be returned completely unworn, secured in its original packaging, and with all factory tags still attached. Once we receive and successfully inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

To maintain our quality standards, refunds or exchanges will strictly NOT be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • The customer accidentally ordered the incorrect size (please review our sizing guides carefully before purchasing).
  • Buyer’s remorse or a simple change of mind after the order has been placed.
  • Any items exhibiting signs of wear, usage, or alteration.
  • Any fulfillment claims or discrepancies reported after the 48-hour delivery window has passed.
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier that are subsequently lost or stolen from your property.
  • Shipping transit delays caused by customs, severe weather, or carrier logistical issues.

4. Dispute Evidence & Fraud Protection

To protect our platform against fraudulent claims, EnjoyLuxury mandates verifiable photographic evidence for any size-related disputes. If the requested visual proof is not provided, or if the evidence contradicts the claim, the request will be permanently denied and closed.

5. Chargebacks & Financial Disputes

By completing a purchase with EnjoyLuxury, you legally agree to our dispute protocol:

  • If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for an order that carrier tracking confirms as successfully delivered, we will formally contest the claim. We will submit all pertinent documentation—including IP logs, tracking history, delivery GPS scans, and your agreement to this policy—directly to your financial institution as proof of fulfillment.
  • In the event your bank reverses a payment despite confirmed delivery, we reserve the absolute right to issue a formal invoice for the outstanding debt. Failure to remit payment may result in your account being forwarded to a collections agency and further legal remedies.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By placing an order on the EnjoyLuxury platform, you explicitly acknowledge, fully understand, and agree to be bound by this Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
