At ​EnjoyLuxury​, we are committed to delivering your premium footwear securely and as efficiently as possible. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timeframes and terms detailed below.

1. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Inventory: Processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Sourced & Exclusive Releases: Due to the meticulous nature of securing 1:1 mirror quality items from our global suppliers, these orders typically require 3-5 days for full delivery. In rare instances of logistical delays, delivery can take up to 1 week. While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, placing an order signifies your agreement to this delivery window.
  • Note: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages to expedite your delivery, at no extra cost to you.

2. Shipping & Estimated Transit Times

We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx to ensure your package is handled with care.

  • Domestic Delivery (U.S.): Once processed and handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes ​2–5 business days​.
  • Disclaimer: These transit times are estimates. External factors such as severe weather, holiday volumes, or unexpected carrier delays are beyond our control.

3. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

  • Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please be aware that tracking updates may take up to 2-3 weeks to fully populate in the system as the package moves through international transit hubs.
  • EnjoyLuxury considers an order successfully fulfilled and complete the moment the carrier’s tracking status updates to “Delivered” at the address provided during checkout.
  • In the event of any delivery dispute, official carrier scans and delivery logs will serve as absolute proof of delivery.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to your address.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

5. Address Accuracy & Anti-Fraud

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout.
  • Strict Anti-Fraud Protocol: For the security of our customers and our business, we absolutely cannot change your shipping address after a purchase is made. The only exception is if you need us to add a missing apartment or suite number to the existing address.
  • We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase with EnjoyLuxury, you legally agree to our dispute policy:

  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that the carrier has marked as “Delivered,” we will submit all documentation—including tracking history, delivery scans, and this agreed-upon policy—directly to your bank or financial institution as proof of fulfillment.
  • If a bank incorrectly reverses a payment for a confirmed delivered item, we reserve the right to issue a formal invoice for the outstanding balance. Failure to settle this balance may result in further collection or legal actions.
